Hope & Safety Alliance Services

Hope & Safety Alliance provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and survivor-centered services for individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence. We support survivors as they seek safety, healing, and long-term stability, while also working to strengthen community understanding and prevent future harm.

Accessing Services
Support services are available by appointment. To schedule, please call our Advocacy Center Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at 541-485-6513. Spanish- and English-speaking advocates are available. Masks may be required if someone is experiencing symptoms of illness.

With survivor consent, we accept referrals from community partners and provide a wide range of supports, including emergency services, legal advocacy, housing assistance, food and basic supplies, peer counseling, one-on-one support, and transportation.

Emergency Services
Immediate, confidential assistance is available through our 24-hour crisis line, emergency shelter options—including Jamie’s House—and our Advocacy Center.

Advocacy & Support Services
Survivors receive individualized support through co-located advocates, legal advocacy, safety planning, transportation assistance, rural outreach, support groups, and referrals to community resources.

Housing Support Services
We provide housing-focused case management to help survivors prepare for, secure, and maintain safe, permanent housing.

Programs & Family Support
Children and families are supported through respite care and child-centered services while caregivers meet with an advocate, attend support groups, or focus on next steps.

Community Outreach & Prevention
We engage the broader community through public events, professional trainings, and school presentations to promote awareness, education, and violence prevention.
